Tips are provided on enhancing patient interviews and detecting hormone deficiencies and excesses based on medical history and current complaints.

The session covers screening for hormone deficiencies and excesses in various hormones including thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, pregnenolone, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, melatonin, growth hormone, IGF-1, vasopressin, oxytocin, insulin, MSH, and thymosin-alpha-1.

Crucial guidance is provided on optimizing hormone levels through diet and therapy, including advice on food choices and combinations. The session also discusses screening for pollutants and sleep disturbances using questionnaires and interviews.
