Cycle 2 – Module 1 – Lecture 7 – Hormone consultation follow-up

This crucial session provides useful information on how hormone treatments influence hormone complaints, physical signs, and laboratory tests.

The beneficial and sometimes excessive effects of hormone treatments are shown with a fascinating collection of before and after (treatment) pictures during thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, pregnenolone, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, melatonin, growth hormone, IGF-1, vasopressin, oxytocin, insulin, and MSH treatments.

These pictures show how these hormone treatments change the scalp hair, face, forehead, eyelids, eyes, nose, tongue, chin, cheeks, neck chest, blood pressure, hands, fingers, fingernails, arms, elbows, shoulders, chest, abdomen, back, pelvis, thighs, knees, lower legs, ankles, feet, toes and toenails, body hair, and nerve reflexes.

How to interpret hormone lab tests in the follow-up is explained. Practical information is given on the appropriate diet, physical activities, and other conditions that may hurt the beneficial effects of hormone treatments, and how to overcome these problems.
