- By the end of this lecture, you will have the skills to diagnose and rectify dietary errors that lead to fatigue.
- You will learn to identify and address pollutants (such as heavy metals, pesticides, sick building syndrome, etc.) that contribute to fatigue through medical history, physical signs, symptoms, and, whenever possible, laboratory tests. Strategies such as pollutant avoidance, nutritional supplements, and detoxification therapies will be discussed for correction.
- You will also gain knowledge on diagnosing nutritional deficiencies that cause fatigue using medical history, physical signs, symptoms of deficiency, and laboratory tests. Effective correction methods using nutritional supplements at appropriate doses will be covered.
