1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions,

“Site” shall mean hertoghemedicalschool.eu;
“User” (“you”) shall mean the person(s) using the services of Online Video Courses (including certificates);
“Service” shall mean Online Video Courses and related certificates.
2. Description of the Services

Online Video Courses will be presented by Dr. Thierry Hertoghe as well as others speakers. Dr. Thierry Hertoghe is graduated as a Medical Doctor and is registered with the Belgian Ordre des Médecins (applicable professional rules may be consulted at http://www.ordomedic.be/fr/code/contenu).
3. Enrolling in Online Video Courses
To enroll in Online Video Courses and related certificates, you need to create your own personal “user account” (please read the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Site). Concerning the specific steps to enroll for Online Video Courses, please consult the hyperlink
Each enrolment for Online Video Courses shall constitute a separate contract upon the terms of the relevant invoice and these Terms and Conditions. This contract will be in English.
After completion of your online enrollment of the Online Video Courses (including related certificates, if applicable), you should receive an email from us confirming your enrolment (“enrolment confirmation”). Upon receiving your enrolment confirmation, you may download the corresponding Online Video Course and/or proceed to the related certificate (Please view full description of “Online Video Courses”, including certificates).
ARCHIMEDIAL S.A. reserves the right to suspend or refuse to confirm your enrollment if, but not exclusively:
The enrollment is incomplete or incorrect;
Some prior orders have not been paid or your bank has refused to proceed prior orders;
The invoice corresponding to your enrollment will be sent by email. When enrolling to Online Video Courses and related certificates (if applicable), you indicate that you accept receiving an electronic invoice. Copy of this electronic invoice will be archived in ARCHIMEDIAL S.A.’s database.
4. Price
The prices are in Euros. The prices mentioned on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. The final prices are those mentioned when the invoice is sent to the user.
5. Availability of our services
ARCHIMEDIAL S.A. reserves the right to withdraw or amend any service without prior notice. ARCHIMEDIAL S.A. shall hold no responsibility for any loss or prejudice resulting from the unavailability of a service.
6. Payment
A valid credit card or properly pre-approved PayPal account or a bank transfer is required for payment.
Payment by debit or credit card is subject to prior approval of the concerned bank. Your card will be charged when your enrolment is confirmed (see “enrolment confirmation”).
ARCHIMEDIAL S.A. will hold no liability for any online-payment and any loss resulting therefrom. You shall be responsible for reading any applicable Terms and Conditions for online
payments. Transactions with Paypal are ruled by Paypal’s Terms and Conditions (please consult Ogone’s Terms and Conditions: www.Paypal.com).
7. Disclaimer
ARCHIMEDIAL S.A., Dr. Thierry Hertoghe or any speaker or presenter will hold no responsibility for any medical advice given to anyone by any medical practitioner using the services.
8. Changes
ARCHIMEDIAL S.A. reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If ARCHIMEDIAL S.A. makes any substantial changes it will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Site.
9. Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Luxembourg and any dispute that may arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
