You will learn everything on :

      • How to accomplish the 1st consultation and start establishing the diagnosis based on patient information.
      • How to interview better the patient and how to detect hormone deficiencies and excesses in the patient’s medical history and actual complaints.
      • Complaints and medical history of hormone deficiencies and excesses in thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, pregnenolone, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, melatonin, growth hormone, IGF-1, vasopressin, oxytocin, insulin, MSH, and thymosin-alpha-1.

You will learn everything on :

      • Physical signs of hormone deficiency (and accessorily hormone excess) in the thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, melatonin, growth hormone, IGF-1, vasopressin, oxytocin, insulin, and MSH through more than 200 pictures.
      • How to recognize the hormone deficiency or excess behind these signs.
      • How to diagnose or heavily suspect the diagnosis of hormone dysfunction the patient suffers from.
      • Physical hormone signs of the whole body, scalp hair, face (with its different parts, such as the forehead, eyebrows, eyelids, eyes, nose, lips, tongue, teeth, cheeks, chin, wrinkles, ear), and neck (including possible thyroid hyperplasia and goiters).

    3. Physical examination (part 2) (1h37)
You will learn everything on :

      • Physical signs of hormone deficiency (and accessorily hormone excess) in the thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, melatonin, growth hormone, IGF-1, vasopressin, and insulin, thanks to over 200 pictures.
      • How to recognize these signs and the hormone dysfunction they reflect.
      • How to diagnose which type(s) of hormone dysfunction the patient suffers from.
      • Physical hormone signs of the shoulders, upper arms, elbows, forearms, wrists, hands, fingers, fingernails, trunk, chest, breasts, abdomen, back, pelvis, buttocks, penis, testicles and scrotum, vulva lips, clitoris, thighs, knees, lower legs, heels, feet, toes, toenails, and body hair.

      • The specific laboratory test or group of laboratory tests in the serum and often also in the 24-hour urine for each of the 16 most important hormones: thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, pregnenolone, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, melatonin, growth hormone, IGF-1, vasopressin, oxytocin, insulin, calcitonin, and parathormone
      • Which cancer screening lab tests to do.
      • How to interpret hormone tests in the light of their laboratory reference ranges
    5. Hormone treatments (part 1) (2h36)
You will learn everything on :

      • How to do the 2nd consultation where lab test protocols are read and hormone treatments prescribed: the frequency of hormone deficiencies, hormone deficits with lab tests within the reference range, safety, and efficacy of hormone treatments, importance of a good diet and multiple hormone treatments, and best routes of administration.
      • How to treat those deficiencies: melatonin, adult growth hormone, thyroid, cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, pregnenolone, and low doses of insulin for thin non-diabetic patients, with the appropriate hormone supplements.
      • What is the most valuable for the physician: the indications and possible contraindications for hormone supplementation, best routes of administration and their physiological dose range, how to start, dose adjustments to special needs, and speed of first beneficial effects.
